How to connect
In mail settings enter IMAP/SMTP details (Gmail, Outlook, work mail). Sign in, use an app password if required, then ask in chat for unread mail or reply drafts.
Tips
Be specific: “summarise unread from my manager” or “reply politely and suggest Wednesday”. Use the vault for sensitive sends. Keep mailbox credentials in settings — never paste them into chat.
Limits
Works with common IMAP inboxes. If a provider blocks less-secure apps, use an app password. AiVero is an assistant on top of mail, not a full Outlook client.
